The next meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026. The agenda is posted under the agenda tab when available. The election was cancelled due to only one person per precinct applied. The following will be elected in November and sworn in:  Joe Pullin, JP precinct 8, Matt Setliif, JP precinct 2, Clarence Chopelas, JP precinct 5, James Lee Emmert, JP precinct 6, Steven Cody Hahn, JP At-large.   The Welder/Gulley preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for October 5 from 1-5 pm. The Somerset preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 30 at 2 pm.      The San Patricio County Groundwater Conservation District (SPCGCD) is committed to management and protection of the groundwater resources of San Patricio County. SPCGCD is committed to maintaining a sustainable, adequate, reliable, cost effective, high quality source of groundwater to promote the vitality, economy, and environment of the County. SPCGCD will work with and for the citizens and landowners of the County and cooperate with other local, regional, and state agencies involved in study and management of groundwater. SPCGCD will take no action without full consideration of the groundwater needs of the citizens of the County.
